A Little Bit About Me
I am 28 years old and currently live and work in Nottingham. I am UK born and only speak English. My Dad comes from a Guyanese background; his ancestors migrated to Guyana from India or Bangladesh. He was born and grew up in London. My Mother was born in South Africa to Indian/Malay/Irish/German/Chinese parents but grew up in Canada and now resides there. I studied Medicine in Norwich at UEA. I live with my dad and stepmum in Nottingham and will start a year-long teaching job at U of Nottm Medical School before I start my GP training next year.
I am down to earth, hard-working, respectful, and have a good sense of humour. I am very family-oriented and close with my parents, sibling, and extended cousins. I enjoy travelling (visiting over 20 countries), going to the gym, playing racket sports, badminton, squash, and tennis, Netflix, playing board and card games, hiking, and reading. I like escape rooms, and I also enjoy playing piano and guitar. I can cook and bake a few things too. I love trying new experiences and am a keen foodie, always looking for somewhere new to try!
